Enrollment & Fees

Enrollment is confirmed only after the applicable fee has been received and payment details have been recorded. Fees are payable as communicated at the time of enrollment. The student is responsible for providing accurate registration information.

No-Refund Policy

All fees paid to NetVortex Labs are non-refundable. Once enrollment/payment is confirmed, no refund will be issued due to a change of mind, absence, personal circumstances, schedule conflicts, failure to attend, or discontinuation of the program by the student.

Batch Timing & Schedule

Batch dates, timings, venue/online mode, and session schedule will be communicated at enrollment. Students are expected to attend the assigned batch. Requests to change batches are subject to availability and are not guaranteed.

Dropout / Discontinuation

If a student voluntarily drops out, stops attending, or does not complete the program, the enrollment remains non-refundable.
Any certificate or completion document will be issued only when the stated program requirements are fulfilled.

Conduct & Learning Environment

Students must maintain professional conduct, respect trainers and other participants, and use training systems responsibly.
Misuse of lab infrastructure, unauthorized access, disruption, or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
